The Second Annual Atelier Showcase

Opening Reception on Thursday evening, June 5th, 5:30PM-7:30PM
The Second Annual Atelier Showcase will be held June 5th through July 31st , 2025. This exhibition will exhibit the talent and hard work of our current students as well as their instructors, who are accomplished, professional artists with years of experience. This exhibition will showcase their techniques and talents in all mediums. Current instructors and students, who have registered for any 2025 session or workshop, are encouraged to submit their work following the details below:
- Deadline to submit: Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 ---> click HERE to submit
- Accepted artwork must be delivered, framed or gallery wrapped by: Wednesday, May, 28th 2025
- Opening Reception: Thursday evening, June 5th, 5:30PM-7:30PM
Up to four works will be permitted per entry/entrant for consideration in the exhibition.

This exhibition encourages the work of Middle and High School student artists in all visual arts (except photography/video, jewelry, or reproductions of work (i.e. Gicles/prints of artwork)). The exhibition will be held in The Atelier’s 2,000 square-foot gallery, which functions both as a professional studio space and exhibition area.

A Juried Show for Guest Artists, which will be on view November 7th, 2024 through December 12th, 2024. The competition is open to artists 16 years or older. Artists working in any medium, with the exception of photography and video, are encouraged to enter. Up to four works are permitted per entrant.

No matter how many times you’ve walked along the water’s edge, you’ll find something new and exciting because it is never quite the same. Lana has long been fascinated with the deep connection to the landscape, particularly, the coastal landscape where major forces of nature - water, air, land - come together. This exhibition will showcase Lana’s recent work inspired by the Long Island, NY and New England coastline, exploring the timeless relationship between these forces, the beauty and immense power of the water and the resilience and fragility of the land.

Mary Ahern is a professional artist and a passionate gardener. Her art is as intricately entwined as the gardens surrounding her studio in Northport NY. The lessons she has learned in the garden permeate her work. Her flowers represent a microcosm of the universe in their families and community as well as their quest for survival, eventual senescence and rebirth.
